All Christmas pre-order products are being dispatched on either Monday 16th December or Friday 20th December - you can select your preferred dispatch date when you place your order.
 
Items will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver parcels within 24 hours. However Christmas is a busy time so there may be small delays - we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed or lost parcels.
 
You will receive a Royal Mail tracking number to your email once your order has been posted.
